Autobiographical Training Software SEA®

SEA®

What is SEA®?

SEA® is an acronym (in Spanish) for Autobiographical Training Software and the first software specifically designed for the personalized training of the autobiographical memory.

How does it work?

Through images and music pertaining to the autobiographical memory of the user, SEA® provides an entertaining and simple way of training the memory through a computer or tablet device (IOS or Android).

Games like Hangman, Puzzle and Quizzes make SEA a software specifically tailored for memory therapy that also works with other cognitive domains: language, visual-spatial abilities and executive functions.

What was it designed for?

To improve the user's quality of life, by providing a tool that allows the user to train their memory in a rewarding and innovative way.

Who may benefit from SEA®?

Anyone suffering from cognitive impairment or memory loss.

It's an entertaining tool for anyone looking to constantly train their autobiographical memory, regardless if they suffer from memory problems, those seeking to reduce the probabilities of suffering this type of impairment or anyone who seeks to remember their past on a daily basis, in an entertaining way.

It also leaves behind a valuable legacy for loved ones, as it contains the patient's entire life story through digitalized images and music.

Family Legacy

It's also a valuable legacy for the family, as it contains the patient's entire life story through digitalized images and music.

Medically tested

SEA underwent 6 months of medical testing by a board of neuropsychologists and occupational therapists. The positive test results indicated noticeable improvements in the patient’s quality of life and an increase in the app's usage by the patient.

The test and its results were officially published on a poster at the 2016 World Congress on Brain, Behavior and Emotions in Buenos Aires.
